Copilot Instructions

Project Guidelines

• In the Wollmilchsau project, Fluxor state features (e.g., AdminState/AdminActions/AdminEffects/AdminReducers) follow a pattern: cache external service data (Moodle/LDAP/Office users) via IDistributedCache with 10-minute sliding expiration, expose Loaded/LoadFailed flags on state, and combine data sources via username-based outer joins in the Razor page.
